Q. WILL I HAVE TO GO TO COURT?
A. It is not very likely that you will have to go to court. In the small chance it happens, only a few select from the tens of thousands of Claimants would participate. Keep in mind that BA is in the wrong, there nothing to fear from going to court.
A. The first thing we will attempt is to settle your claim by way of a pre-action letter with BA. If this doesn't work, your claim may continue as a Group Litigation Order (or "GLO"), which is the English and Welsh mechanism for managing thousands of cases brought together at the same time.
